Brandon Hsieh is an entrepreneur and one of the founders of My Home Tutor, a leading provider of in-home tutoring and the only company offering home school classes in Houston, Texas. Alongside My Home Tutor, Brandon also owns and operates BH Restorative Fitness and My Swim Instructor, demonstrating a commitment to both educational and physical well-being. When we launched My Home Tutor, our mission was clear: to empower parents with control over their children’s education. To achieve this, we offer curriculum consultations to help parents design and refine their homeschool plans. We provide top-notch teachers who are passionate about their subjects and willing to travel to your location. Our transparent lesson plans and curriculum keep you informed about your child’s educational progress and goals. Additionally, we offer extracurricular activities such as personal training, youth fitness classes, swimming, and more to support your child’s physical and social well-being.

Hi, I’m Mustafa, and I’m passionate about skating, creating, and helping others. I grew up in a home that valued connectedness, integrity, and learning, which pushed me to gain a deep interest and appreciation for the fostering of and servicing of the community around me. With the support of my friends, family, and mentors, I attended higher learning on scholarship and graduated university summa cum laude. My experience taught me the value of supporters and teachers and is a large part of what inspired me to be a part of My Home Tutor. I’m excited to help you on your path!
 

Mustafa is a distinguished professional and dedicated tutor, set to graduate summa cum laude from the University of Houston with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Awarded a full scholarship for academic excellence, Mustafa has built a successful career in robotics, thermodynamics, and physics.

In addition to these impressive accomplishments, Mustafa also works as a youth fitness instructor. With a strong commitment to fitness, Mustafa balances a thriving career with a dedication to promoting physical health among young people.

Diane Hayes Home School Teacher

Hello! My name is Diana Hayes, and I enjoy fostering a love of learning and the desire to pursue excellence in each student I have the pleasure of working with! I have been professionally tutoring grade level/college students for over 18 years. The last 10 years of tutoring have included working with homeschool, hybrid, and full-day school students on an individual and group basis (in-person and online). Individualizing the learning process, making the material relevant to each student’s life, and enhancing study skills is something I find necessary to helping each student reach their academic goals.

Milagros Romero

My name is Milagros Romero, I have a bachelor ‘s degree in Education, I have a master’s degree in
Human Resources Management and Doctoral Studies in Psychology and Education. I have three children
who are my greatest treasure, and with whom I have been able to put a lot of my knowledge into
practice, and I have also been able to verify its effectiveness. Seven years ago, we arrived in the United
States, where I have been able to put into practice what I am passionate about… education.
In my country Venezuela, I coordinated and trained the teachers that my country needed from the
Central University of Venezuela; I have developed several investigations in the psycho-educational field,
which have allowed me to enhance the educational processes in which I work. I also worked at different
educational levels (elementary, secondary, etc.). I currently work as a preschool teacher, where every
day surrounded by my little ones, we develop an enriching teaching-learning process, full of love and
experiences that day after day fill me with joy and enthusiasm when I see how they learn and how they
evolve through meaningful learning, through games and songs that train them comprehensively to be

Everything You Need to Know About Our Tutoring

We offer tutoring in a wide range of subjects, including math, science, English, social studies, and more. We also provide specialized test preparation for standardized exams like the SAT, ACT.

All of our tutors have a minimum of 5 years of experience teaching the subject they are passionate in, with a proven track record to back it up.  They are also thoroughly background checked.

When meeting with the student we will assess the strengths, weaknesses, and their learning style. With this new information objective will be created to develop a customized plan that targets their specific needs.

Absolutely. Regardless of the subject matter there is not a subject our tutors cannot teach.
